The Billiard Room

The Billiard Room forms part of the Batchelors’ Wing and is link-detached to The Ballroom. It is situated on the south-east side of the estate, overlooking The Courtyard.

Now converted into a one-bedroom apartment, The Billiard Room retains many of its original period features including the beautiful wooden paneling throughout the ground floor.

The kitchen was created by combining a section of the passageway leading from the Hall, and a former 'Butler's pantry style' facility. The dining room was originally a seated area outside the games room, with its upper stained-glass windows preserved, but enjoying double-glazed units in their renovated main frames.

The stunning, spacious sitting room, with its lantern ceiling, has the Bostock Hall coat of arms above the large, original working fireplace. Upstairs was created using an minstrel galleried styled platform housing a double bedroom and bathroom.

The Billiard Room has an enclosed paved courtyard, a double driveway and a garage.

Residents have access to the Parkland which consists of communal gardens, a large lake with fishing rights, and a woodland walk through the mature forest trails.
