The Ballroom

The Ballroom is forms part of the Batchelors’ Wing and link-detatched to The Billiard Room. Situated on the south-east side of the estate it stands adjacent to the Hall and retains many of its original period features.

Now converted into a three-bedroom home, The Ballroom’s full length mullioned windows, ornate brick arch over the heavy oak door and carved wooden spire topped with a weather vane makes it a truly unique property.

It has a large reception hall, master bedroom with en-suite, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the first floor there is a kitchen and stunning sitting room with a feature fireplace and wood carved ceiling; the mullioned windows providing glorious views over the grounds of Bostock Hall.

The Ballroom has an enclosed paved courtyard, allocated parking and two garages.

Residents have access to the Parkland which consists of communal gardens, a large lake with fishing rights, and a woodland walk through the mature forest trails.
