The Walled Garden

No two properties on the Bostock Hall Estate are alike, and so prices of homes can vary greatly depending on size, character, accommodation and private gardens. All properties have detached timber garages and allocated parking spaces, and residents have access to the Parkland’s communal gardens, a large lake with fishing rights, and a woodland walk through the mature forest trails.

The properties have been modelled on the classic English cottages that can be seen in Bostock village. The brick was carefully chosen to match the handmade bricks of the Bostock Estate and the construction is part render with a slate roof and black and white facades.

Four of the homes include garden plots that stretch down to the edge of the lake and two include original outbuildings.  All twelve are arranged around a formal landscaped courtyard that captures the feel of the original garden in Georgian times.
